NASHVILLE’S BEST DJS SET TO FACE OFF AT RED BULL THRE3STYLE 

International DJ Battle Series to Hold Preliminary Qualifier at 12th and Porter 

On Thursday, January 31st, a few of Music City’s best DJs including KIDSMEAL, DJ RATE, DJ ORIG, DJ CRUMBZ and DJ CHOZEN will gather together at 12th and Porter to begin stage one of the battle for the coveted title of Red Bull Thre3style National Champion - a title that comes with bragging rights, cash prizes, a ticket to compete in the Red Bull Thre3style World Finals in December and a stamp of approval from some of the best DJs in the world including DJ Jazzy Jeff, Z-Trip and A-Trak.

Red Bull Thre3Style is an innovative concept that gives highly skilled DJs a global platform to showcase their skills and battle and gain notoriety. Competing DJs are given 15 minutes and must play three different genres of music. A panel of music industry judges will select the winners based on track selection, creativity, mixing skills, stage presence and crowd reaction. Whoever is named best on the decks gets bragging rights, a prize purse and advances to the next step on the road to the world finals.
